Driven by reliability, safety, and honest work
Based in Akron, Ohio, Bartel's Trucking Service was founded to deliver dependable transportation without the hassle of a large carrier. We treat every load like it matters — because it does.
Built on experience and direct communication
With hands-on expertise in local freight, route planning, and logistics, we established Bartel's Trucking Service to bring personal attention back to transportation. Unlike large carriers with automated runarounds and endless wait times, we give you direct contact with the person actually handling your cargo. Our agile fleet of box trucks and cargo vans allows us to adapt swiftly to schedule changes and urgent needs.
Our non-negotiable promises to you
Every shipment rests on three fundamental commitments: reliable communication with real-time updates so you never have to guess, careful and secure handling so your goods arrive exactly as they left, and on-time delivery because your schedules and deadlines are not optional. We do the job right the first time, every time.
Supporting local commerce across Akron and beyond
We proudly partner with manufacturers, distributors, retail businesses, and freight brokers throughout northeast Ohio. Whether you need last-mile delivery, same-day regional hauling, or scheduled route transport for palletized freight, we provide flexible, attentive service built around your operations.
"Bartel's Trucking Service gives us complete peace of mind. Fast updates, careful handling of our palletized goods, and always on time."
